Linguine With Red Clam Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

4   Fresh garlic cloves - (to 6)
  Olive oil - as needed
4 tablespoons 60mlButter - (to 5 tbspns)
2   Handfuls chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons 30mlBasil
2   Minced clams
1   Large can tomato sauce
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
  Linguine - cooked

Recipe Instructions

Mince garlic. Cover bottom of saucepan with oil and brown garlic. Add butter and melt. Add parsley, basil, and pepper; stir well. Add clams and tomato sauce. Stir well and cover. Let sauce simmer 20 minutes. Pour over cooked linguine.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
