4 | Boneless pork top loin chops | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Peach preserves |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Honey mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
Stir together preserves, mustard and lemon juice. Grill chops over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally and basting with sauce, just until done.
