Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Pork blade steaks, 1" thick | |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced (small) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours.
Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once.
