Grilled Shark Or Swordfish Steaks Recipe - Cooking Index

Marinade | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Low sodium soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon peel |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate steaks 1 to 3 hours before grilling.
Once the grill is heated, cook the steaks for about 4 to 5 minutes each side, longer if needed.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
