Metal skewers | ||
Fresh garlic cloves | ||

Cubed lamb, sirloin, or rib eye beef | ||

Fig leaves |
After filling skewer, brush meat and vegetables with olive oil. Wrap with fig leaves and secure. Poke holes in the leaves. Mix olive oil with the juice from pressed garlic gloves and brush leaves with the mixture.
Place on the grill. Cook over medium heat turning and basting repeatedly. Cooks in approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with wine and garlic bread. Invite lots and lots of friends to help celebrate!
