Cubed Marinated Tenderloin On Skewers With Teriyaki Sauce

1 lb 454g / 16ozBeef tenderloin - (to 2) - cut 1 1/2" cubes
  Sauce
1 cup 237mlSoy sauce
1/2 cup 118mlSesame oil
5   Fresh garlic cloves - chopped
5 tablespoons 75mlChopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon 5mlRed pepper flakes
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Marinate the beef for several hours and bring to room temperature before cooking.

Preheat your grill for at least 20 minutes at the highest setting.

Place the meat on skewers and cook very quickly, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and serve.
