Greek Isles Fettuccine

Recipe Ingredients

12 oz 340gFettuccine
3 tablespoons 45mlOlive oil
1   Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with
  Basil & Tomato - (8 oz)
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozChopped tomatoes
1/4 cup 59mlJulienne-cut fresh basil
  = (or 2 tspns dried basil leaves, crushed)
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Cook fettuccine 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain. Return to pan; toss with oil. Toss with feta cheese, tomatoes and basil. Season to taste with pepper and salt.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Great Substitute: Try Athenos Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb in place of Athenos Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato.
