12 oz | 340g | Fettuccine |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1 | Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with | |
Basil & Tomato - (8 oz) | ||
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chopped tomatoes |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Julienne-cut fresh basil |
= (or 2 tspns dried basil leaves, crushed) | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Cook fettuccine 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain. Return to pan; toss with oil. Toss with feta cheese, tomatoes and basil. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
Great Substitute: Try Athenos Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb in place of Athenos Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato.
