1 cup | 237ml | Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef sirloin steak - cut into strips |

Mix sour cream, cilantro, salt and lime juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat, onion and green pepper; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Spoon meat mixture evenly onto tortillas. Top with sour cream mixture and salsa; fold in half.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
Variation: Mix sour cream with 1/2 cup salsa and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro.
Use Your Grill: Place steak or chicken breast halves on greased grill over medium (160 degrees) coals; grill 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Warm tortillas in foil pack on edge of grill while steak is cooking.
