Brunch Eggs

Recipe Ingredients

4   Eggs - beaten
2 1/2 cups 592mlTorn fresh bread
1   Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - (8 oz)
2 cups 474mlMilk
2 tablespoons 30mlButter or margarine - melted
1 teaspoon 5mlMustard and paprika
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 12- by 8-inch baking dish; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.

Variations: Add 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained. Add 1/4 cup sliced green onions. Add 3/4 cup chopped ham.
