Brunch Eggs Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Eggs - beaten | |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Torn fresh bread |
1 | Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - (8 oz) | |
2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine - melted |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard and paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Mix all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 12- by 8-inch baking dish; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
Variations: Add 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained. Add 1/4 cup sliced green onions. Add 3/4 cup chopped ham.
