Roasted Garlic Pasta Primavera Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 | Roasted garlic head - (to 1 1/2) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Sliced tomatoes |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced black olives |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped artichoke hearts |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Garlic Sauce - (see recipe) |
3 cups | 711ml | Pre-cooked pasta - any variety |
2 cups | 474ml | Fresh baby spinach |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Grated white cheese |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts. Add Garlic Sauce, pasta, spinach and cheese. Add more sauce, if desired, and salt and pepper to taste. Blend ingredients and serve immediately.
