Apple Glazed Pork Chops Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oven bag (14" by 20") (large) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
1 | Onion soup mix | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
4 | Pork loins, 1/2 " thick - trimmed of fat | |
21 oz | 596g | Comstock, Thank You or Wilderness apple |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13" by 9" pan.
Add soup mix and water to bag; squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add pork chops and apple filling to bag. Turn bag to coat pork chops with sauce. Arrange pork chops in even layer in bag.
Close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2" slits in top. Bake 35 minutes or until pork chops are tender. To serve, stir sauce; spoon over pork chops.
