Macaroni And Cheese

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlElbow macaroni
1 cup 237mlMulti-coloured macaroni
1/4 cup 59mlGrated mozzarella
1/4 cup 59mlGrated sharp cheddar
1/4 cup 59mlGrated smoked Gouda
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozGrated Swiss cheese (feel free to
  Substitute your favourite cheeses!)
3   Eggs (large)
1 cup 237mlHomogenized milk
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPaprika
4   Chopped Italian parsley
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozParmesan cheese
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozBreadcrumbs
1   Crushed white pepper

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Cook and drain the pasta. Pour the pasta into a large mixing bowl. Add the cheese and mix these ingredients together.

Grease a baking dish with butter and then pour the cheese and pasta mixture into the pan. Beat the eggs, milk, seasoning and parsley together. Pour this mixture over the pasta and then sprinkle the top with the Parmesan, breadcrumbs and pepper.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with Parmesan on the side.

Serves 8.
