Turkey Chili Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | Onion - chopped | |
1 | Whole tomatoes - (16 oz) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili powder - (to 4 tbspns) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 | Kidney beans - (16 oz) - drained | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Red pepper sauce - (optional) |
Brown ground turkey and onion in large skillet sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 45 minutes, stirring often.
Serving size is 1/5 of the chili.
