Turkey Chili

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround turkey
1   Onion - chopped
1   Whole tomatoes - (16 oz)
2 tablespoons 30mlChili powder - (to 4 tbspns)
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
1   Kidney beans - (16 oz) - drained
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlRed pepper sauce - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Brown ground turkey and onion in large skillet sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 45 minutes, stirring often.

Serving size is 1/5 of the chili.
