Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlTamari
1/2 cup 118mlWater
1 tablespoon 15mlDry sherry
1 tablespoon 15mlGrated fresh ginger
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozMinced scallions
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozGarlic clove - crushed (small)
2 teaspoons 10mlSesame oil
2 teaspoons 10mlDark vinegar
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar
4 oz 113gWhite fish fillet

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in shallow dish. Marinate fish several hours. Bake 10 to 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
