1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped broccoli |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped cabbage |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Chicken broth |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
In a large Teflon fry pan, saute chicken and garlic in oil. Add onion, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
