Sante Fe Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry white wine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Chili powder |
1 | Ground red pepper |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a shallow baking pan, arrange chicken in a single layer. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour oven chicken. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Bake chicken, uncovered, about 45 minutes. Baste occasionally.
Serving size is 1/4 of reicpe.
