Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlPita bread (large)
5 tablespoons 75mlTomata sauce
1/2   Green pepper - chopped
1/2   Red pepper - chopped
1   Basil
1   Onion - chopped
1   Plum tomato (optional) - sliced thin
1 tablespoon 15mlGrated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Toast pita in toaster oven at low heat. Put warm pita on aluminum foil. Spread tomato sauce on pits. Place vegetables on top. Top with some additional sauce, basil, and grated cheese. Bake in toaster oven on high temperature for 4 minutes.
