Pita Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Pita bread (large) |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Tomata sauce |
1/2 | Green pepper - chopped | |
1/2 | Red pepper - chopped | |
1 | Basil | |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
1 | Plum tomato (optional) - sliced thin | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Toast pita in toaster oven at low heat. Put warm pita on aluminum foil. Spread tomato sauce on pits. Place vegetables on top. Top with some additional sauce, basil, and grated cheese. Bake in toaster oven on high temperature for 4 minutes.
