Pasta With Cottage Cheese And Spinach Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Penne or other short tubular macaroni |
20 oz | 568g | Frozen leaf spinach - thawed |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Margarine |
2 | Salt | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cottage cheese, lowfat |
Cook pasta following directions on box and drain. Saute spinach in skillet in melted margarine and salt for 2 minutes. Pour over pasta. Mix in the cottage cheese. Serve at once.
Serving size is 2 cups.
