Grilled Tuna Steak With Dill Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Diet Italian dressing |
2 | Tuna steaks - (abt 4 oz ea) | |
Dill Sauce | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Plain yogurt, nonfat |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light mayonnaise |
1 | Tobasco sauce | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dill weed |
Place salad dressing in a bowl and dip the raw tuna steaks in it. Turn to coat entire steak with dressing. Place tuna steaks under a hot broiler, allowing 2 minutes per side. Remove from broiler and place in a microwave-type dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in microwave on high level 4 to 5 minutes.
