Chicken Fried Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Skinned, cooked diced chicken |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Uncooked rice |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chicken bouillon |
Toss chicken with soy sauce. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet. Add rice and fry over medium heat, stirring constantly until rice is browned. Add chicken bouillon and chicken mixture. Cover and simmer 15 minutes for until liquid in absorbed.
(May add any of the following: diced onions, celery, broccoli, carrots, or pea pods. Simmer and stir another 5 minutes.)
Serving size is 1 cup.
