Baked Fish Prevencal Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | White fish fillets - (abt 1 lb) | |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Water | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Dry white wine | 
| 1/2 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Quaker Oat Bran Cereal - uncooked | 
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato - chopped (large) | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim milk | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated Parmesan cheese | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh parsley - chopped (or 1 tbspn dried parsley flakes) | 
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place fish in 11 3/4- by 7 1/2-inch baking dish. In medium saucepan, combine water, wine, and cereal. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Add tomato. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
