Dry Rub | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sage |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin |

For the dry rub, combine all ingredients, and mix well.
Rub pork chops with dry rub and grill for 10 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with BBQ Baked Beans.
