Ginger Garlic Marinade | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Soy sauce (preferably low sodium) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Coarsely chopped fresh ginger |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Coarsely chopped garlic |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lime juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cool. Add the turkey breasts to the marinade and let marinate, refrigerated and covered, for 8 hours or overnight.
Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.
Remove turkey breasts from the marinade and pat dry, discarding the marinade. Grill the turkey for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately, with the Corn And Grilled Pepper Relish spooned over.
