Grilled Marinated Turkey With Corn & Grilled Pepper Relish

Recipe Ingredients

6   Boneless skinless turkey breast halves
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozCorn And Grilled Pepper Relish - see * Note
  Ginger Garlic Marinade
1 cup 237mlSoy sauce (preferably low sodium)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCoarsely chopped fresh ginger
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCoarsely chopped garlic
1/4 cup 59mlFresh lime juice
1/4 cup 59mlHoney

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Corn And Grilled Pepper Relish" recipe which is included in this collection.

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cool. Add the turkey breasts to the marinade and let marinate, refrigerated and covered, for 8 hours or overnight.

Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.

Remove turkey breasts from the marinade and pat dry, discarding the marinade. Grill the turkey for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately, with the Corn And Grilled Pepper Relish spooned over.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
