2 cups | 474ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 | Cream-of-mushroom soup | |
1 | Sliced mushrooms - drained | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Chow mein noodles |
Cook rice in large saucepan as directed on package, using 2 cups water and 2 tbsp. margarine.
meanwhile, in large skillet brown ground beef over med-high heat; drain. Stir in cooked rice, soup, mushrooms, milk and soy sauce. Cook over med heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles
