1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cooked ham - cubed |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Cooked lima beans |
10 oz | 284g | Creamed corn - canned |
4 oz | 113g | Cheddar cheese - grated-1 cup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced onion |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2/3 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Bisquick - (r) baking mix |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Cornmeal |
1 | Egg | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | 1% low-fat milk |
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Put into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to the edge of casserole. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Cut into wedges, invert each onto plate.
