Upside Down Supper

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlCooked ham - cubed
1 cup 160g / 5.6ozCooked lima beans
10 oz 284gCreamed corn - canned
4 oz 113gCheddar cheese - grated-1 cup
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced onion
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire sauce
2/3 cup 73g / 2.6ozBisquick - (r) baking mix
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozCornmeal
1   Egg
1/4 cup 59ml1% low-fat milk

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Put into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to the edge of casserole. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Cut into wedges, invert each onto plate.
