Turkey And Stuffing Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Cut up turkey |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Frozen peas |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Sliced onions |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Dried cranberries |
1 cup | 237ml | Stuffing |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Bisquick |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Milk |
3 | Eggs |
Stir together turkey, peas, onions and cranberries in a greased 9 inch pie pan. Scatter stuffing over mixture. Stir remaining ingredients with a fork and pour over mixture in pie pan.
Bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot with gravy.
