Tomato Beef Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
6 oz | 170g | Medium-size egg noodles |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chunked (medium) |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
3 | Tomatoes - chunked (medium) | |
1 | Green pepper - chunked (medium) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Kikkoman soy sauce |
Cook noodles in boiling water according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Brown beef with onion and garlic; cook until onion is translucent. Add remaining 3 ingredients; stir to combine. Bring to boil and cook only until tomatoes are heated through. Stir in noodles; turn into 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350F. oven 20 minutes.
