Sweet Potato Souffle Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Sweet potatoes (medium) |
1 | Crushed pineapple - , drained | |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine - (1/2 stick melted) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Pecan pieces |
1 | Miniature marshmallows |
Boil potatoes until tender, then peel. Beat warm potatoes in mixer for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add other ingredients except marshmallows. Stir well. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with small marshmallows. Bake in 325F F oven until souffle is hot and marshmallows are golden brown.
