1 | Yellow rice | |
1 | Onion (large) | |
1 | Butter | |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
1 | Ro-tel tomatoes |
Cook rice as directed on the package. Saute the large onion and shrimp in butter until the shrimp turn pink.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cooked rice to shrimp and onion.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
