3 1/2 cups | 218g / 7.7oz | Peeled - chopped tomato |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped onion |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cheese-flavored cracker crumbs |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Sour cream - (8-oz) | |
1 1/2 cups | 45g / 1.6oz | Seasoned croutons |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine - melted |

NOTE: This savory dish will remind you of a vegetable pudding.
Layer half each of first 5 ingredients in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish; repeat layers. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream on top; sprinkle with croutons, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 10 more minutes.
