| 6 | Eggs - lightly beaten | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Sharp cheddar cheese - grated |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
| 6 | Bread - crusts | |
| And cubed | ||
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Sausage--crumbled - fried |
| Drained | ||
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8-10. Gayle Baggett
