2 1/2 cups | 400g / 14oz | Cooked brown rice |
3 | Green onions - chopped | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Low-fat cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dill weed |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Freshly grated parmesan - cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Low-fat milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Style-style mustard |
Nonstick vegetable spray |
Combine all but the last ingredient in a mixing bowl.
Pour into a casserole dish coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
