3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Chicken or turkey - cut up |
2 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
1 | Frozen mixed vegetables | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Poultry seasoning |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic salt |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Bisquick baking mix |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Parsley flakes |
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:30 Heat oven to 450.
Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. Stir baking mix and milk until blended.
Pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake 30 to 32 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
