Potluck Chicken Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
8 cups | 500g / 17oz | Cubed cooked chicken |
2 | Condensed cream of chicken soup | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter-flavored cracker crumbs |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine - melted |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed |
Fresh parsley sprigs | ||
Sweet red pepper rings |
Combine chicken, soup and sour cream; spread into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs, butter and celery seed; sprinkle over chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with parsley and red pepper if desired.
