Potato Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozFrozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnions - diced
1   Cream of chicken soup - (undiluted)
16 oz 454gSour cream
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozMelted margarine
8 oz 227gGrated sharp cheese salt and pepper to taste
  Cracker crumbs or cornflake crumbs
4 tablespoons 60mlButter or margarine

Recipe Instructions

Thaw potatoes about 30 min., then mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in a 9 X 13 baking dish.

Crush saltine crackers with rolling pin OR use cornflake crumbs and mix with melted butter. Place topping on casserole and bake at 350F for one hour.
