Monterey Spaghetti Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
4 oz | 113g | Spaghetti - cooked and drained |
1 | Egg white - whipped | |
1 cup | 237ml | Fat-free sour cream |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Fat-free parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Monterey jack cheese - grated |
1 1/2 cups | 165g / 5.8oz | Frozen mixed vegetables - thawed |
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine egg white, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, hot spaghetti, and mixed vegetables. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through.

NOTES : Use Monterey Jack Low fat cheese to lower fat content.
