| 16 | American cheese - as needed | |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1 | Pepper |
Dampen a matzo, and put in a greased square baking dish. Cover with a single layer of cheese. Repeat 3 times. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake about 45 min. at 350F until puffed and browned.
