Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozGround beef - 1" thick
1   Garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
1   Tomato puree
1   Tomato paste
2 lbs 908g / 32ozCottage cheese
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozRomano cheese
2 tablespoons 30mlParsley flakes
3   Eggs - beaten
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPepper
1 lb 454g / 16ozMozzarella cheese - sliced
10 oz 284gLasagna noodles

Recipe Instructions

Brown meat, spoon off fat and add next 5 ingredients. Cook noodles with oil to prevent sticking. Place 1/2 noodles in dish. Mix with next 6 ingredients and spread 1/2 over noodles, top with meat sauce then cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
