1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Ground beef - 1" thick |
1 | Garlic | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 | Tomato puree | |
1 | Tomato paste | |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Cottage cheese |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Romano cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley flakes |
3 | Eggs - beaten | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Mozzarella cheese - sliced |
10 oz | 284g | Lasagna noodles |
Brown meat, spoon off fat and add next 5 ingredients. Cook noodles with oil to prevent sticking. Place 1/2 noodles in dish. Mix with next 6 ingredients and spread 1/2 over noodles, top with meat sauce then cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
