Hot Chicken Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cooked chicken - diced |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Celery - diced |
1 cup | 237ml | Salad dressing* |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Slivered almonds - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | American cheese - grated |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Potato chips - crushed |
*Such as Miracle Whip(r)
Combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Toss lightly. Pile lightly into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and potato chips. Bake in oven at 350F for about 30 min.
Serves 6 - 8
