Holiday Brunch Egg Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

10   Eggs
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozFlour
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
4 tablespoons 60mlButter
1   Cottage cheese - small curd
1 teaspoon 5mlBaking powder
16 oz 454gMonterey jack - shredded
2 cups 292g / 10ozChilies - green, chopped
1 lb 454g / 16ozHam - sliced

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Melt butter. Chop ham. Beat eggs until light-lemon-colored. Add flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased casserole dish.

Bake 40 minutes, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
