Holiday Brunch Egg Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
1 | Cottage cheese - small curd | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
16 oz | 454g | Monterey jack - shredded |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Chilies - green, chopped |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ham - sliced |
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter. Chop ham. Beat eggs until light-lemon-colored. Add flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased casserole dish.
Bake 40 minutes, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
