| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef - ground |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 10 | Garlic - mashed | |
| 1 | Pepper | |
| 4 oz | 113g | Mushroom - canned, drained |
| 1 | Cream of chicken soup | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 1 | Noodles - cooked |
Brown the ground beef. Drain off excess fat. Add the onion, flour, salt, garlic, pepper, mushrooms, and soup (UNDILUTED-NO WATER). Heat to boiling, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Serve over cooked wide egg noodles.
