Hamburger Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Hamburger
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Minced onion
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Cheddar cheese grated
1 cup	237ml	Milk
1/2 cup	55g / 1.9oz	Biscuit mix
2		Eggs

Recipe Instructions

cook hamburger and onion together, drain off fat, add the salt and stir well, put in greased 9 inch pan and sprinkle cheese on top. Mix the eggs milk and biscuit together well and pour over above mixture, bake in 400F oven 25 minutes.
