Ham & Potato Bake

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup	118ml	Light cream
2 cups	292g / 10oz	Diced cooked potatoes
2 cups	474ml	Cooked cubed turkey ham
2 tablespoons	30ml	Pimento - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 350F. In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake 45 minutes.
