Frankfurter Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups 200g / 7.1ozBean & bacon soup - undiluted
1 1/4 cups 296mlWater
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozAll-meat frankfurter - cut
  Slices
1   Onion - chopped finely
1   Green onions - chopped finely
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozCelery - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlPrepared mustard
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozReady-mix type biscuits

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients except biscuits. Boil gently 5 minutes.

Put about 3/4 cup mixture into each of 8 individual baking dishes and top each with biscuit.

Bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes). Serve at once
