Everyone Wants This Recipe Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

4		Bacon
4		Green onions - , sliced thin
1 lb	454g / 16oz	Fresh mushrooms - , sliced
		Salt and pepper - to taste
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Celery salt
2 1/2 cups	365g / 12oz	Shredded Monterey jack cheese
8 cups	1584g / 55oz	Eggs - , well beaten (large)
1 cup	237ml	Milk

Recipe Instructions

Cook bacon crisp; drain and crumble. Reserve bacon drippings to saute onions, then mushrooms. In a large mixing bowl, combine bacon, onions, mushrooms, seasonings, cheese, eggs and milk. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.

Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes.
