2/3 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Tuna mixture |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Yellow onion - chopped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
2 cups | 474ml | Black pepper |
2 | Tuna in water - drained | |
2 | Bread - crumbled | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Eggs - hard-boiled, sliced topping |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Corn flake crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Parmesan cheese - grated |
Butter - melted |
TUNA MIX: Mix first seven ingredients. Fold in tuna, bread, and eggs. Spread on foil lined baking sheet.
TOPPING: Mix ingredients together. Spread topping on tuna mixture and broil five minutes.
