2/3 cup 73g / 2.6oz Tuna mixture
2 tablespoons 30mlMayonnaise
1/4 cup 59mlFresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons 10mlYellow onion - chopped
2 teaspoons 10mlWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlDijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
2 cups 474mlBlack pepper
2   Tuna in water - drained
2   Bread - crumbled
1/3 cup 78mlEggs - hard-boiled, sliced topping
3 tablespoons 45mlCorn flake crumbs
3 tablespoons 45mlParmesan cheese - grated
  Butter - melted

Recipe Instructions

TUNA MIX: Mix first seven ingredients. Fold in tuna, bread, and eggs. Spread on foil lined baking sheet.

TOPPING: Mix ingredients together. Spread topping on tuna mixture and broil five minutes.
