Creamy Chicken Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Boneless chicken breasts - split and flattened | |
8 | Swiss cheese | |
1 | -- (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of broccoli soup | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Milk |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Herb stuffing mix - crushed |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine - melted |
Place chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cheese. Combine Cream of Broccoli Soup and milk and spread over cheese.
Toss melted butter with stuffing mix and sprinkle over top of chicken.
Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes, or until tender.
