Chip 'n' Chili Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Corn chips |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | American cheese - grated |
1 | Chili with beans | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced onion |
Brown ground beef, drain of fat. Add chili and simmer 5 minutes. Put 1/2 of the ground beef mixture in the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart microwavable casserole dish. Add 1/2 of the corn chips and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers. Microwave for 10 minutes.
