Chili Cheese Cubes Recipe - Cooking Index
8 | Eggs | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Shredded Monterrey jack |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
8 oz | 227g | Chopped green chiles |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
Beat eggs 4 to 5 minutes until light. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Fold in cheese and chiles. Pour into greased 9x13x2 baking pan. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Cut into 2" squares. Good hot or cold.
