Chicken Casserole For A Crowd

Recipe Ingredients

10 cups 625g / 22ozDiced cooked chicken
10 cups 1100g / 38ozChopped celery
2   Green onions with tops - sliced
2   Chopped green chiles - (4-oz-, each)
1   Pitted ripe olives - drained
  Sliced - (5 3/4-oz)
2 cups 186g / 6.6ozSlivered almonds
5 cups 730g / 25ozShredded cheddar cheese - divided (20-oz.)
2 cups 474mlMayonnaise
2 cups 474mlSour cream
5 cups 730g / 25ozCrushed potato chips

Recipe Instructions

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss. Spoon into 2 greased 13"x9"x2" baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered, at 350F, for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
